If you are taller or shorter, please take that into consideration. (If you have someone help you measure yourself it is easier and more accurate)

Bust

 Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust.
Waist Measure around the smallest part of your waist.

Hips

 Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually 7-8" below your waist.

Torso

 Measure from the top of your shoulder, diagnoally across the front of your torso, through the crotch area, and back up to the starting point.
