1. Remove the circular liner in the center of the product, exposing the adhesive.

2. Take one of the white pads and place over the exposed adhesive.

3. Carefully peel away the outer liners, holding the product with the tips of your fingers.

4. Position and apply to nipple area.

5. To smooth, start in center and smooth to edges of the petals. Recommended for up to 8 hours use. 

Removal: Peel off slowly. If you've used for topless sun bathing, you will have a petal design that will last as long as your tan
